Construction Management

We have developed skilled and qualified construction management crews. Three different municipalities utilize our crews on a full-time basis to meet varied subdivision construction related needs. Our crews are familiar with standard construction methods and specifications and work to ensure infrastructure is installed to provide the maximum useful life. Our field technicians are trained to take copious notes to assist in ensuring the entity is protected in determining bond releases and ensuring all infrastructure is completed prior to final acceptance.

We provide a materials testing lab that is certified in aggregate testing, in-place soils testing (nuclear gauges), concrete testing including air entrainment, slump, and concrete cylinders, and asphalt extractions. These capabilities ensure adequate testing is completed to ensure the highest quality material is used.
